New SCOTUS decision on suing schools

The Christian Science Monitor ran this story on its website today about a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that could open the door for more parents to sue school districts for discrimination if their child complains of harassment and school officials take no action.

I’m sure school administrators in the Lower Hudson Valley, and nationwide, will be taking this ruling very, very seriously.
